The best part about working with Chad is that he makes you feel like you are his biggest priority, he genuinely wants to see you succeed and grow as a hockey player as well as an individual. A simple way to say it is, Chad gets it, and he gets you. Hockey has grown to so much more than just a game and Chad understands that, but where many people and hockey organizations see you as an asset and a price tag, Chad knows you are more than that and you’re a kid just trying play the game that you love. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made picking up the phone and asking to work with Chad and I would recommend him to any of my fellow players or teammates.

Over the past year, Chad has been there for me every step of the way as I move from minor hockey to junior hockey. Chad is so easy to talk to, he has given me honest advice and has worked hard to help find the best way to advance my hockey ambitions. Every hockey player needs someone like Chad in their corner, working behind the scenes to make sure the right people see you and that they appreciate what you bring to the rink. I know my parents have appreciated his guidance - he understand the in's and outs of the hockey world. What a journey Chad and myself have shared! I have been working with Chad for the past 5-6 years and it was absolutely the right decision for my family and I. The biggest attribute Chad brings to the table is that he actually 100% cares about your future and wants to be the guy who puts you in the best position to succeed. Not only does Chad care about his players, he believes in them and never gives up. The amount of time and effort he puts in for his players is second to none. He is always working and always a phone call away! My hockey journey was a little bit of a roller coaster, that being said, Chad never stopped believing in me. He was always so positive and we just kept chipping away to achieve our ultimate goal of a Division 1 commitment. My professional relationship with Chad is still very much so present but throughout this process I have gained a life long friend. Thank you Chad!

I was not entirely sure what an advisors role was and how it would benefit my hockey career. Last season a couple of teammates informed me about A1 and how he was guiding them. I decided to join A1 and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Chad has gone above and beyond in every aspect. His work ethic and relationships he has with his players is what sets him apart from other advisory services. Chad continues to help me be successful and support my career. The path he has provided for me has been amazing the whole way.

I was very grateful to be given the opportunity to work with Chad at A1. Chad worked around the clock for me and believed in me and helped me get an opportunity to play Division 1 hockey. Chad and I built an amazing relationship very quickly and that made him so easy to work with. He cares about all his players and wants to see them all succeed. He does everything he can in order to help his clients get to the next level. I really enjoyed how much contact I was able to have with Chad throughout the process and how willing he was to keep me updated and always willing to chat. Chad continues to get players to the next level and I am very happy I got to be a part of A1 and look forward to working with Chad moving forward as I head into my Freshman year of college next year at Alaska Fairbanks.
